Mr George Xilouris received his BS in Physics from University of Ioannina, Greece in 1999 and his MSc in Automation Control Systems from National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 2001. He joined the Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications of NCSR “Demokritos” in 2000 and since then, he has participated in numerous EU-funded projects, as well as in National funded projects. His current research interests include, Software Defined Networks, Network Management, Network Performance, Network Security, Digital Broadcasting (DVB), Satellite Communications, Cloud Computing and IT services.
